Found a blue egg on the ground uncracked, how do you care for it?

i dont know how long its been out of the nest but i took it home and wrapped it in a cloth and put my straightener inbetween it nd turned it on very low cuz i didnt wana cook it. is ther another way to make sure it hatches besides an incubator? culd i giv the egg to household birds for them to take care of? i hav a cockatiel, parakeets and zebra finchs.
