I'm in early 40 s and it's been maybe 29 days since start of last period should I be worried?

I don't really have alot of sex and last time I had intercourse I used vcf and we used condom. Is 29 days something to worry about? My periods do vary somewhat. I'm always scared of pregnancy--- and don't want to be pregnant in my 40s. Some one giv sound advice!
