Why do my parents keep taking my stuff and never giving them back?!?

me and my mum have alwayss had a bad friendship. we hav always had arguements. sometimes she gets soo pissed she hits me so theres bruises all over me.anyway, my ps3 got taken from me a few months ago, for being angry (i get really angry, coz she laughs at me being angry)and calling her names. then i stopped doing my homework, because without the ps3 i dont see a point in homework because i see it like tthis: i do my homework, then im allowed to play ps3. if i dont do it , then i cant play. when its gone, thats all gone. then i end up getting detentions, then every time i get detention i get my phone taken for a month.if i get into trouble just 1ce in that month, the whole process restarts.because of this, loads of arguements spark up, and i get really annoyed and theeres always a huge arguement coz she wont giv my stuff back. how can i get them back? (they normally get taken again after a week). oh, and my ps3 wasw taken away permanently.
