How come Scandinavians are more friendly towards Asians?

Scandinvaian europeans (Denmark, Nether., Sweden, Norway, Finland, etc) are the other "whites" besides british, irish and germans right? A lot of people tell me scandinvians are much much more open and friendlier towards people of east asian descent (NOT including indians, arabs). I'm east asian too so im wondering, is it better around there?
