Which part of Europe would be best for me to travel if I'm Asian?

hi i'm 18 year old Korean guy who's intersted in traveling to Europe. Not that it really matters, but i'm asking for the sake of it. Which part of Europe would be most open and friendly towards east-asian oriental people (im korean and i do believe we act differently from chinese and japaneese people). Western Europe (france,germany, uk, ireland) or Northern Europe (Scandinavian countries), or Southern and Eastern Europe (Italy, greece, russia, ukraine, etc)...please help me out ok thanks. Oh and how many orientals live there?
