Pls giv me honest solution...to stop hair fall?

PLS giv me honest solution...for past 6 months i have been notising hair fall..now i can see lots of hair in my pillow.its said that after pregnency we experience hair fall but its been two years post pregnency.yes its true that i was so involved in baby that i hardly used to notice myself .i never cared my hair,no massages no proper application of oil.but now i m worried.i had a good amount of healthy hair before.i ve become conscious now in diet n hair care.can i get my healthy hair back.what all i shoul do more
