Help me!! With my workout routine!!!?

I am 167lbs 6feet tall. I want to know if this routine will giv me any results? Or will this routine not work? I want to gain at least 10-15lbs of muscle. What should I eat? And my routine is I work out 5 days a week. One day I do resistance training the next day i do pull ups and sit ups and than next day I do resistance training again and just keep switching off everyday. Please help me!!!!
