Best friend or date best friend?

Long story short I like my best friend hoo I see on the wkends and spend all my time with. I grew feelings for her 3 years ago and she told me she liked me. The next day she said nevermind. Few months latr she said she liked me again and took it back. 3 years went by and now we best of friends. I sleep ova and stuff and play soccer with her. I want to ask her out sooooo bad but afraid it will ruin our friend ship. She seen my abs and said damn u hav got abbbssss!!! Her bf cheated on her and I was thinking now she can go out wit me but found out she still likes him. Every time I wit her I suffer cuz she is so amazing and perfect. Best friends aren't shy of touching so we giv hi fives and nuckles and barley any hugs:( I'm 12 and Ik I shouldn't worry bout grls yet and I usuLly don't but I feel something different for her. She one year older than me and I'm a few inches shorter if that helps but am way stronger:)):((((((( hellppp!!!
