How to convince my dad to buy me something online?

Ok I want to buy a ball handling program. I will giv my dad the money but since this is not sold in stores I have to buy it online using his debit card and I don't know how to explain this to him because he will probably tell me that I should practice by myself and that I don't need the program but I've read a LOT of reviews that it really works and will take my game to the next level. so how would I try to convince him
