How will the weather be in Scandinavia later this month?

I am travelling with family to Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland) later this month on a holiday. Can someone tell me how the weather/temperatures will be during this period? Do I need to carry heavy/light woolens? Is it likely to rain, necessitating rain wear? Thanks
