A lot of people think that scandinavians are usually depressed and drunk: is it true?

I just heard of a study that found 2 were very unhappy (I think Sweden and Denmark) and 1 was very happy (I think Norway). I'm probably oversimplifying but I think the difference had to do with the unhappier ones took more responsibility for their problems, while the happier ones tended to blame others.
