What are the European "groups" ?

like who are Slavs most related to? Scandinavians? germanic people? are people from italy and spain from the same group? what about the french and greeks? i am speaking in terms of genetics because i know they do have genetic labels on the european and Asian continent. I WAS SICK AND MISSED THIS IN SCHOOL
